Lucy Skelton

Founder, CEO & Director

Lucy founded FORE Good in 2024 with a simple belief: the solutions are out there that can make policy reform faster and fairer, and decision-makers should hear them. She brings experience from both politics and international advocacy, having worked as a staffer and with Global Voices, where she represented young Australians at United Nations conferences in New York and Geneva. In 2022, she was the youngest candidate in the Victorian state election. As CEO and a member of the board, Lucy leads FORE Good’s strategy and partnerships. Outside of FORE you'll find Lucy at the pool or trying a new obscure hobby.

Indigo Atkinson

Director

Indigo is an emerging nonprofit leader and policy professional. She has served as both COO and CEO of Global Voices, overseeing its flagship policy and diplomacy fellowship and its engagement at international fora including GLOBSEC, the climate COPs, the Y20 and the UN General Assembly's 6th Committee. This work deepened her belief in international cooperation and in equipping civil society to shape policy. As an inaugural Director of FORE Good, she hopes to support opportunities for young Australians to engage in policy work.

Her research focuses on transboundary resource management and maritime governance and security in the Indo-Pacific, with forthcoming publications on the South China Sea. Before academia, she spent five years working on commercial fishing vessels in Aotearoa New Zealand and Australia. Outside of work, she enjoys ocean swimming and a good, gluten-free sweet treat!

Ernez Dhondy

Chair

Ernez has spent more than 20 years working across product, service design and executive leadership, with a long-standing practice in co-design and systems thinking. He was the founding General Manager of Paper Giant, helping it grow into a strategic design consultancy of 45 people, and more recently served as Acting CEO of YLab, where he continues to sit on the board.
Ernez grew up in a Parsi community in Mumbai and moved to Australia in 1986, landing first in Port Hedland before making Melbourne home. These days he lives in Eltham, where you'll often find him courtside coaching an under-12 basketball team.

Anna Tran

Secretary

Anna has spent more than 20 years working in Australia’s not-for-profit sector, with a career spanning education, health and the environment. She currently works with Wildlife Victoria, helping to create a community that understands, values and cares for native wildlife.

Anna holds a Master of Integrated Human Studies and as FORE's Secretary has a particular interest in how evidence, collaboration and constructive engagement can turn good ideas into meaningful policy and social impact.

Born in New Zealand, Anna is Chinese-Vietnamese-Australian and a lifelong traveller who has spent much of her time outside work exploring the world. These days, travel looks a little different as she experiences the world through her son's eyes and at a much slower and curious pace.

FORE Good would like to acknowledge Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples as the Traditional Custodians of the land we live, learn, and work on.

We value their cultures, identities, and continuing connection to country, waters, kin, and community. We pay our respects to Elders, both past and present, and are committed to supporting the next generation of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander leaders. This always was and always will be Aboriginal land.

As an organisation dedicated to amplifying solutions, we recognise that First Nations peoples have long identified many of the pathways for environmental protection and meeting community needs. Our role is to listen, support, and amplify these voices.
